Define tasks that must be performed in the scope of a Jira project. Then associate both the amount of hours and the team to fulfill the task.
Capacity management
Define the work capacity in hours of Jira users. Optionally associate a holidays calendar based on the location and customize the time off calendar.
Team management
Manage teams. These are not Jira teams. Instead, these are entities that aggregate capacity hours of Jira users and budget hours of Jira projects. Ideally, the allocated capacity should match the allocated budget within a team.
Integration with Jira Worklog
This addon integrates with the Jira time tracking system. Multiple dashboards keep track of the actual worklog compared with the expected worklog according to the budget.
Planning
This addon provides management tools to define changes in the budget and capacity in future months. Also, multiple dashboards display information to quickly identify gaps between budget and capacity in the current month or in the future.
Warnings
This addon helps administrators to identify when the actual worklog doesn't match the expected worklog. It also reports convenient messages when teams, projects or users are underallocated or overallocated.
